Dr. Xavier James Ethan “Mojo” Moses currently serves as the Associate Medical Director for the Division of Workers’ Compensation. He also serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Peak Form Medical Clinic and the President of the Rocky Mountain Academy of Occupational & Environmental Medicine. Dr. Moses is an Assistant Professor at both the Colorado School of Public Health and the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In the past, Dr. Moses has served as the Chief of the Division of Occupational Medicine at Denver Health and Hospital Authority, and the Medical Director at their Center for Occupational Safety & Health. Prior to his work at Denver Health, Dr. Moses was the Chief Resident in the University of Colorado’s Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency. Dr. Moses joined the residency program after separating from the U.S. Air Force as the Chief of Aerospace Medicine at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado, where he practiced for four years as a flight surgeon. Preceding his activation and training as a flight surgeon at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Dr. Moses began his training in Family Medicine at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, after receiving both his M.D. and Master of Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
