Edie Sonn

Background
Edie Sonn joined Pinnacol in 2014, bringing 20 plus years of experience in health policy and public affairs. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University and is a bachelor of arts graduate and a Boettcher Scholar from Colorado College. She chairs the board of the Pinnacol Foundation and is a member of the Executive Committee of Club 20. She also serves on the boards of the Mental Health Center of Denver, Colorado Succeeds, the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Competitive Council and Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation. She is a member of the Metropolitan State University of Denver Community Cabinet and a mentor for the Colorado College Public Interest Fellowship Program. She was named a 2018-2019 Governor’s Fellow by Governor John Hickenlooper. In 2017, she was named the “Outstanding Woman in Business: Communications/Media” by the Denver Business Journal. A Denver native, Sonn is a die-hard Rockies fan, and begins every season convinced that this is the year the Rockies will finally have reliable pitching.
