Stephanie Tucker is a member attorney at The Babcock Law Firm, LLC, where she has handled workers’ compensation cases since the beginning of her career, working on behalf of injured workers. Ms. Tucker graduated with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 2012. She also has a Bachelor of Science from Augustana College, a small liberal arts school in Rock Island, Illinois. Ms. Tucker sits on numerous boards, including the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (“WCEA”), Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (“WILG”), and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (“CTLA”). She is also currently serving as co-chair of CTLA’s Workers’ Compensation Committee. Ms. Tucker has previously presented multiple continued legal education seminars on a wide range of workers’ compensation topics including workers’ compensation subrogation, workers’ compensation trends, and workers’ compensation case law updates.
