Dr. William Woo, MSPH

William Woo, MD MSPH is the medical director for SCL Health Occupational Medicine, and has worked with this organization for over 30 years. He received his medical education at the University of Colorado, and he completed training in occupational medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. In this role, he is responsible for the health and safety of the 18,000 associates of SCL Health, and evaluates and treats worker injuries and illnesses at the Colorado Front Range care sites. He also provides medical oversight of the community occupational medicine clinics in the Denver metropolitan area. Dr. Woo has worked with the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation on treatment guidelines, policy reviews and provider education. Dr. Woo believes that safety and prevention provide the best return on investment in order to keep workers engaged and productive.
