Jackie Jackson is the Manager of Business Operations who oversees financial, technical and marketing operations for the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. Jackie believes that regulators are in a unique position to influence the systems that they oversee and that innovation should always start with three questions — Why do we do this? Where does it say that? And should we still? — This aligns with her training and interests in the design thinking approach to problem solving. Jackie also serves on a number of boards and committees in the workers’ compensation community including the Professionals in Workers’ Compensation and chairs the Comp Talks Committee for the Southern Association of Workers’ Compensation. Jackie was also selected as a 2022 IAIABC NextGen Award winner and holds a BS in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University. Jackie’s favorite activities include spending time with her family and summer weekends at the Lake.
