Kayla Wire is the Supervisor of Records and Data Management who oversees the business operations of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI Claims Management) for the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. Kayla believes in an organizational framework of ethics, transparency, servanthood, diversity and relational competency, where growth mindset and continual learning are key components of success. Kayla is accredited in the IAIABC’s Foundations in Workers’ Compensation Program and holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University. Kayla’s favorite activities include spending time with her family and mountain hikes with her German-Shorthaired Pointer Acacia.
