From 2007 to 2014, she served as a workers' compensation claim adjuster before joining CorVel Corporation as a Claims Supervisor. In 2017, Shari earned a promotion to Claims Manager and subsequently advanced to her current position as Vice President of Claims in 2019. In her role as Vice President of Claims, Shari effectively oversees the claims operations across 7 jurisdictions. She is recognized for achieving a low turnover rate, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and leading a claims team committed to CorVel's Core Values. Shari excels in delivering process-driven outcomes and demonstrates strong leadership and mentorship skills. She is particularly passionate about fostering the growth of her team in claims knowledge and personal development. Shari holds a master’s degree in organizational management. Currently, she resides in Colorado with her husband.
