Stephanie Tucker, Esq.

Stephanie Tucker is a member attorney at The Babcock Law Firm, LLC, where she has worked since the beginning of her legal career in 2012. Ms. Tucker focuses her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, and she has gained a reputation for being an expert in the highly specialized area of third-party subrogation.

Ms. Tucker is active in several professional organizations, including the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (“WCEA”), Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (“WILG”), and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (“CTLA”). In addition to serving on the Board for all three organizations, she is also currently the co-chair of WILG’s Annual Convention Committee, the co-chair of CTLA’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and President-Elect of the WCEA. Ms. Tucker also serves on the WCEA’s legislative committee, for whom she assists in the negotiation of proposed legislation and testifies before the Colorado House and Senate.

Ms. Tucker is a Midwesterner at heart. She gained her undergraduate degree at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and her law degree at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated law school with honors, has been the recipient of numerous professional awards, and has been designated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for each of the last four years. Ms. Tucker has written various articles on workers’ compensation and third party topics, and she is frequently asked to lecture nationwide on a wide range of legal topics.
