Jackie Jackson is the Manager of Business Operations who oversees financial, technical and marketing operations for the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. Jackie believes that regulators are in a unique position to influence the systems that we oversee and that innovating in our industry should always start with three questions — Why do we do this? Where does it say that? And should we still? — This aligns with her training and interests in the design thinking approach to problem solving. Jackie also chairs the committee responsible for the Southern Association of Workers’ Compensation’s highly successful, SAWCA Comp Talks. Jackie holds a BS in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University.
